Before I started the MCBS program I had been working in the
entertainment industry for over sixteen years. I had always thought I had
achieved success but then I realized that the industry was ever changing and I
wasn’t sure how to keep up. One day I realized that I had a dream to share my
knowledge with the world and wanted to do so with branded YouTube channel and
didn’t have the resources or knowledge to do so. Because of that, I did
research to try and figure out how to get to my next step. At that point, I
realized that I needed to learn about the world of ever changing media and
learn how to brand myself. I learned about Full Sail’s Media Communications
degree program and found a perfect fit. At the age of forty, I decided to take
a leap of faith and go back to school. Ever since I decided to continue
pursuing my passion for media, I realized that although this will be a tough
next couple of years, I am on the right path of achieving my future goals.
